I'm a Senior Product and Visual Design lead from the NYC area. I'm dedicated to crafting impactful, user-centered experiences with delightful interfaces. With 10+ years of experience, I blend UX strategy, visual design, and brand expertise to simplify complex processes, build scalable systems, and foster collaboration for effective problem-solving.
For the past few years, I’ve been a part of the IBM CIO Design team, where I design tools that boost IBMer productivity and facilitate community engagement.

While I've chosen a select few projects to best showcase my skills and design expertise, I've also worked on several teams and countless projects that have contributed to the success of teams across IBM. Some highlights:
- Led a team in fully redesigning and modernizing IBM's intranet that is the centralized hub of information for 350K+ global employees.
- Redesigned a training tool for 40K sales and consulting employees that led to a 40% improvement in training. Boosted user productivity through designing an AI-powered feedback feature.
- Created an accessible dark UI theme that was adopted into IBM's internal design system and used across an ecosystem of sites.
- Led the redesign of a high priority suite of HR executive compensation tools before the sunset of the current system. Increased user productivity by 50% in simplifying and automating complicated processes. Created and scaled multiple design patterns while designing for a tight deadline.
- Designed a platform enabling the internal adoption of IBM Cloud. Created a custom design system and brand identity.
- Designed new features for Publisher, a drag-and-drop website builder for all teams across IBM. Focused on easy to use UI that offers custom site templates, simple publishing capabilities, form builders, blogs, and forums. Designed experiences for both the web builder interface and the finished published view.
- Created the brand identity for a large organization. Designed templates and artifacts that enable users to have branded resources for easily presenting and delivering a number of flows and maps for different processes in driving transformation.
Outside of work, you can find me traveling to new places and taking way too many photos everywhere I go. I also like to try my hand in new creative hobbies, from painting and pottery, to crochet and tackling DIY projects.
